Betty Knows Best!

Sorry for the hiatus, everyone! But I'm back!

As most of you know, Betty Crocker has a variety of gluten free mixes that you can find in your local grocery store (usually!). Last night, I joined my boyfriend and his housemates for "roommate dinner" and thought I would contribute the best part of the meal: dessert. I opted for Betty's gluten free Devil's Food Cake and the best frosting of all time: Rainbow Chip. After they each had three (3!!) pieces, they still couldn't tell that it was gluten free.

This cake is a breeze to mix and bake, and it is spongy, moist, and absolutely delicious--just like "regular" devil's food cake!

I haven't had the chance to try Betty Crocker's other mixes (vanilla cake, chocolate chip cookies, brownies), but after using this mix, I'd say they're definitely worth a shot!
